Rowell - Donna Sue Jacks, of Rowell went to be with her Lord on Saturday, September 22, 2018. She was born March 22, 1955 in Pine Bluff to Buster and Betty Cole. She was a retired Registered Nurse, and a member of Center Missionary Baptist Church. She will always be remembered as a devoted wife and a loving and caring mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her father, Buster Cole, her son in law Michael Nelson and one granddaughter Lynleigh Jacks.
She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Randy Jacks, her mother Betty Cole, her children, Kimberly Nelson, Keith Jacks, Julie Sandine (Chris), Karan Stewart(Lee) and Wade Jacks, grandchildren, Peyton and Greyson Sandine, Colby Jacks, Maddie and Caleb Stewart and Tyler Jacks, one sister, Brenda Richardson, her nephew Bryan Richardson and family , numerous other family and friends and her dog Samantha.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at Center Missionary Baptist Church in Rowell with a visitation one hour prior to the service time. Interment will follow in Rowell Cemetery.
The family would like to thank Sissy Brown and Cindy Sandine Bennett for all of the care they gave to Mrs. Jacks.

Martha Nell Culp Lindsey, 79 of Hot Springs, Passed away on September 23, 2018 at The Lakes Nursing Home in Maumelle.
She was born in Dermott Ar., on September 25, 1938 to the late Bryce and Goldie Shockely Culp.
A loving mother of two, Martha was a 1956 graduate of White Hall High School, where she was a member of the Homecoming court. She really loved listening to Elvis and got the chance to meet him at Watson Chapel.
In addition to her parents, She was preceded in death by two brothers, Billy and Bobby Culp; and a sister Margie Culp Moore .
Left to cherish her memories are her daughter Kim Hogan of Hot Springs, and son Billy Lindsey (Beth) of Maumelle; brothers Jimmy Culp of Springdale and Michael Culp of Benton; granddaughters, Brandy Stevens and M’leah Lindsey; three great-grandchildren; and many other loving family and friends.
The family would like to thank the staff of The Lakes at Maumelle and Hospice of Arkansas for their special care of our mother; and thank you to Ron Heitzman, her special friend.
Funeral services will be Thursday, September 27th , 2:00 p.m. at Redfield Missionary Baptist Church with Brother Ted Grove officiating. Burial will follow in Redfield Cemetery.
Visitation will precede services starting at one o’clock at the church with lunch at noon in the fellowship hall.

Mrs. Bobbie Johnson, 74, of Pine Bluff, AR passed Monday, September 24, 2018. Arrangements by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff, AR.
Mr. Otis Thomas Carman, age 72, of Pine Bluff, died Tuesday, September 18, 2018. He was born November 2, 1945, in Portland, Oregon, to the late Hughey Thomas and Susie Thomas. Preceded him in death was one brother, Floyd Fuller Sr.; and two nephews Floyd Fuller, Jr., and Dexter Harris.
Otis confessed hope in Christ at Centennial [Indiana Street] Baptist Church in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. He entered the workforce at various agencies including the Pine Bluff Police Department, and the City of Pine Bluff and North Little Rock Recreations Departments. Later in life, Otis worked for the White Hall School District, where he retired.
Otis was a graduate of the Historic Southeast High School Class of 1965, where he was a star athlete on the football team. Immediately upon graduation, he joined the United States Army. He continued his education at Arkansas AM&N/UAPB earning a Bachelor of Science in Parks & Recreation with a minor in Physical Science. He was a fun loving person and loved his family. His memories will forever be cherished by his mother, Susie Thomas of Pine Bluff; his loving daughters, Felisha (Patrick) Carman - Gaines of Pine Bluff and Yolanda Lynn Carman of Conway; his sisters, Stella Thomas, Gloria Dean Fuller-Thomas, and Jane Etta (Curtis) Jackson, all of Pine Bluff; his grandchildren, Jalon Hughes, Diamond Compton, Darius Gaines, and Alissa Gaines; a host of nieces and nephews and extended family.
Visitation/Family hour will be from 5:00-7:00 PM, Tuesday, September 25, 2018, at Brown Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 10:30 AM, Wednesday, September 26, 2018, at Brown Funeral Home by Rev. Kevin Boyd, Sr.. Interment will be in Arkansas State Veteran's Cemetery in North Little Rock, AR by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
His body will lie in-state Wednesday, from 9:45am until service.
Rison - Sue Ballew, age 79, of Rison, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, September 23, 2018. She was born February 26, 1939 in Rowell, Arkansas, to the late Foy Havis and Nedra D. Armstrong Spakes. Mrs. Ballew was a member of Shepherd Hill Baptist Church. She loved her dog, Bear Bear and on Saturday nights, she could usually be found at the local dirt track watching racing. Sue will always be remembered as a loving wife, caring mother and aunt. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie B. Ballew and siblings, Margaret Bunting, Havis Spakes, Darrell Spakes and Rose Pierce.
Left to cherish her memories are her sons, Michael Shane Ballew of Rison, Dusty Ballew of Little Rock; sister, Linda Faye Vinson of Randall and numerous nieces and nephews that loved her dearly.
