SOUTH 59TH STREET, 2800 BLOCK: A 2005 Mazda 3 valued at $2,500 was reported stolen.

5001 PHOENIX AVE.: A vehicle break-in was reported in the parking lot of Academy.

SOUTH 27TH STREET, 4900 BLOCK: A 2006 Honda, no model or value listed, was reported stolen.

SOUTH N STREET, 2300 BLOCK: A 2015 Honda Accord valued at $12,000 was reported stolen.

ROGERS AVENUE, 700 BLOCK: A 2003 Chevrolet Silverado valued at $18,000 was reported stolen.

5111 ROGERS AVE.: A chain valued at $2,050 was reported stolen from Zales in Central Mall.

SOUTH 24TH STREET, 5100 BLOCK: Two leather motorcycle saddle bags, a motorcycle helmet, a pair of work boots, silverware and a water cooler valued at $1,300 were reported stolen in a residential burglary.

SOUTH 24TH STREET, 5100 BLOCK: A compound bow and miscellaneous hunting equipment valued at $2,000 were reported stolen in a residential burglary.

SAVANNAH STREET, 2200 BLOCK: A lawn mower valued at $500 was reported stolen.

HIGHWAY 45 SOUTH, 5000 BLOCK: A cellphone valued at $800 was reported stolen in a residential burglary.

SOUTH 22ND STREET, 1800 BLOCK: Medication valued at $1 was reported stolen from a residence.

NORTH SEVENTH STREET, 1900 BLOCK: An attempted burglary involving force was reported.

SOUTH 21ST STREET, 4100 BLOCK: A lawn mower valued at $500 was reported stolen.

ASSAULTS

GERALD PHILLIP BOGGUS OF FORT SMITH was arrested on a felony second-degree domestic battery warrant out of Sebastian County and failure to appear warrant and a misdemeanor failure to pay fine warrant out of Fort Smith.

ILLEGAL DRUGS

JAMES HENRY CHRIS SYKES OF FORT SMITH was arrested on suspicion two counts of felony possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to ingest methamphetamine or cocaine and a misdemeanor failure to pay fine warrant out of Fort Smith.

AN EMPLOYEE AT MERCY FORT SMITH, 7301 Rogers Ave., reported a crystal-like substance and drug paraphernalia were found in a patient's belongings.

FORGERIES/FRAUDS

A FORT SMITH MAN reported a man was stealing electricity from Oklahoma Gas & Electric by bypassing a meter base in the 2400 block of South Greenwood Avenue.

AN EMPLOYEE AT LOWES, 8001 Rogers Ave., reported a man returned an item he didn't buy for $295.23.

A FORT SMITH WOMAN reported someone may have stolen a debit card out of her mailbox because of bank charges she didn't make of at least $600.

A STRATFORD WOMAN reported someone had used her information to get a Cox Communications account and had accumulated $675.00 in bills.

A FORT SMITH WOMAN reported someone she left her belongings with had used her bank card to make fraudulent charges.

TERRORISTIC THREATENING

A FORT SMITH WOMAN reported a man who is potentially the father of her child told the other potential father of her child he would gun him down.

A FORT SMITH MAN reported a person, no identification listed, said he or she would follow his girlfriend and be tasting her blood and that she wouldn't know what hit her.

OTHER INCIDENTS/ARRESTS

FREDRICK MAURICE HOLDEN OF FORT SMITH was arrested on suspicion of felony leaving the scene of a wreck with injuries, a misdemeanor failure to pay fine warrant out of Fort Smith and an absconding warrant and a parole violation.

DREW GREGORY WELTON OF POTEAU was arrested on suspicion of a felony fugitive from justice warrant out of Sequoyah County and a misdemeanor failure to pay fine warrant out of Fort Smith.

WALTER HAROLD SCHLUTERMAN OF FORT SMITH was arrested on suspicion of felony petition to revoke a suspended sentence warrant.

A FORT SMITH WOMAN reported her boyfriend slammed her into furniture multiple times, choked her and said he was going to kill her.

A PANAMA WOMAN reported her boyfriend choked her, hit her, threatened to kill her, took her phone to keep her from calling for help and held a butter knife to her throat while in the car.

A FORT SMITH MAN reported the $3,000 damage to carpet and sheet rock in his rental property in the 1700 block of South W Street.
