Helena-West Helena Police Officer Mike Reyna was flagged down by a citizen, who stated she had heard glass breaking in front of the Sibley Auto Parts building and saw a black male wearing what appeared to be all black leaving the area of the North-East front glass widows towards Fish Market and heading towards First Street.

Sibley Auto Parts Manager Chris Rawlings arrived and entered the building. Police found a piece of concrete had been thrown through the window, breaking the glass.

Officer Jefferson took photos of the damaged window and the concrete used to break the glass.

As Officer Bailey was pulling into the HWH Police Department parking lot, he saw Mack Henry walking down Plaza Street. Henry had been observed on Helena-West Helena Police Department security cameras breaking into Sibley Supply company the previous night.

Officer Bailey arrested Henry and transported him to HWHPD for processing. Henry as transferred to Monroe County jail to await a rule 8 hearing.
