It was noted that either individual disposable towels, a continuous towel system, or a heated-air drying device must be provided at all hand washing sinks in food prep, bathroom, and ware washing areas.
• Fresh Market and Mexican Grill, 411 E. Main St.
No violations.
• Gurdon Grill, 1001 N. Elm St.
It was reported that food employees must wash their hands in compliance with the Arkansas Rules and Regulations pertaining To Food Establishments section 2-301. 12B. A sink exclusive to hand washing must be maintained and accessible at all times for employees.
• Shell, 1934 Highway 53 N.
It was reported that a hand washing-only sink must be provided for employees. Also, the nozzles at the drink machine must be regularly cleaned. This was corrected.
• Southfork Truck Stop, 2066 Highway 53 N.
No violations.
