1 Dig-In Festival and Expo at Grove Park: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 6. Hosted by the Hot Springs Village Property Owners' Association recreation department. Sponsored by Terminix of Hot Springs Village, Christ of the Hills United Methodist Church and Basecamp, this free community event provides an opportunity to dig-in to all the community has to offer in outdoor activities and programs. 2 Kiwanis Spring Concert and Ice Cream Social: The concert will be presented by the Hot Springs Concert Band, and the event will be held at Woodlands Auditorium at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 7 for ice cream and 3 p.m. for the concert. Ticket price is $12.
3 Waterfall Photography class: Presented by Coronado Community Center, in partnership with Oaklawn Center on Aging, 9 a.m. Thursday, May 4. The class will break for lunch and then move to some spillways within the gates to teach techniques of the art of waterfall photography. This class is limited in size. Class fee is $30 and can be purchased at hsvticketsales.com or by calling 922-5050.
