God Can Do it All
The Bible is full of stories of people whose backs were against the wall. They faced certain deaths, slavery, oppression, and every kind of trouble. Often they had nothing---no weapons to fight the enemy, no food to feed their families, no cure for their diseases, no money to pay taxes, no hope that life would ever be the same again.
How did they know what God could do?
They sought after Him, and eventually discovered that His love and power went far beyond their wildest expectations.
It takes getting to know God to find out what He can do. When we cultivate an intimate and personal relationship with Him, it gives us strength and the faith to face all circumstances: The bills you can’t pay, the people you can’t change, the addictions you can’t kick, diseases you can’t cure, and the grief that won’t go away.
What can God do for you today?
As His child, there’s nothing He can’t do for you. Your problems will not last forever. The Bible reminds us of His promise that is recorded in Ephesians 3:20, “Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.”
