The Fort Smith Public Library continues to celebrate the creative achievements of area residents with art and photography displays during the month of April.

The artwork of Amy Scoggins' student artists from Grace Academy in Fort Smith will be on display during April in the Community Room of the Main Library, 3201 Rogers Ave. Grace Academy Fort Smith is a local homeschool academy that offers both academic and enrichment classes for home educated students. The photography of Dianna Elkins of Van Buren will be on display during April at Dewey’s Café inside the Fort Smith Public Library, 3201 Rogers Ave. Elkins is the retired founder/director of First Place Academy, and she loves to photograph the seasonal changes, waterfalls, old barns, churches and places that have long been forgotten.
