William Penn Price, 90, of Okolona passed from this life on Monday, Nov. 28, 2011, at Baptist Medical Center in Arkadelphia.
He was born Feb. 1, 1921, in Graysonia, the son of the late William Penn and Lillie Belle Lamb Price Sr. Penn was a United States Navy veteran of World War II, a Pearl Harbor survivor and was retired from Reynolds Metal Company. He was an avid trapper, hunter and fisherman.
Penn was preceded in death by his son, Jeffery Lynn Price; two brothers and one sister.
He is survived by his wife, Callie Jean Price; one son Terry (Linda) Price of Okolona; two step grandchildren, Reese Spradlin and Stephanie (Alan) Self, and three step great-grandchildren.
Graveside services with full military honors will be held at 1 p.m., on Wednesday, Nov. 30 at Antoine Cemetery. No visitation will be held.
