Mr. James H. Loe, 84, of Prescott, passed away Nov. 21, 2011, in Prescott.

James Howard Loe was born June 5, 1927, to Henry and Estelle Miller Loe.
He spent approximately 45 years of his life as a pipeliner. He served his country in the United States Navy from March 5, 1945, to Aug. 16, 1946, during WWII and he recieved the American Campaign Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal and the WWII Victory Medal.
Mr. Loe was preceded in death by his parents Henry and Estelle Miller Loe.
James leaves behind his wife of 63 years, Mary Sue Morgan Loe; one sister, Carolyn Loe Tye; one brother, Buddy Loe (Beverly); one daughter, Debbie Loe McKinnon; one son, Jim Loe (Laura), five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three stepgreat-grandchildren; numerous nephews and nieces and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation was Thursday, Nov. 24, at Pharr Funeral Home of Prescott.
Services will be Saturday, Nov. 26, at 2 p.m. at Mt. Moriah Church in Prescott. Interment followed in Mt. Moriah Cemetery with full military honors under the direction of Pharr Funeral Home of Prescott.
